RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, natural smelling, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please do not wash any items before sending them back. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Failure to meet these needs will result in unaccepted return. You will need to pay additional shipping if you wish to have the item(s) re-sent to you. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bronxaus.com, or by using the contact us section. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on what to do next. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

We are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges, provided the customer pays for the shipping cost both ways. The fastest and easiest way to exchange an item is to notify us using the contact us section, and let us know that you wish to sort out an exchange. You will be instructed to send the item(s) as well as an extra return satchel to 49 Laity St Richmond 3121. We will have it exchanged as soon as possible after receiving (provided stock is available).

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, and have it show up in your account (5-10 days).

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is an issue with the item, please message us using the contact us section, and we'll aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

 

CUSTOM / WHOLESALE GARMENTS

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as our custom products, wholesale items, special orders, or personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If the item is faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will aim to rectify your issue ASAP. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items, sale items or gift cards.
